April Bead of the Month – The Inchworm Bead reminds you to keep moving forward!

About the Bead: "The inchworm is bunched up because it's ready to take its next step. When you watch an inchworm, it may look like it's moving slowly, but it keeps moving forward, inch by inch, until it reaches its destination. This particular bead means friendship to me. The design came about when a friend and I were visiting in Canada and tried a new glass color called Inchworm. It always makes me smile." – Alana Nicholson, Bead Artist

About the Artist: Alana Nicholson has had a love of beadwork since childhood and fell in love with turning hot glass into beads while at a conference in 2009. She now enjoys making beads in fun colors to make people smile from her home studio in Colorado.
